Steve Rober Promoted to Schaeffer's National Sales Manager
When Steve Rober joined Schaeffer Manufacturing Company in March of 2007, it was a life changing event for him and his family. After 30 years in the automotive business he was branching out into business on his own. He knew he could sell. He also knew he could manage. But anyone going into Schaeffer has more than a little fear about making it in our type of straight commission business.
Steve started off strong and never looked back. After a couple of years of successful selling in Missouri, Steve's management ability showed promise and we needed more depth in the Home Office. Steve was promoted to Executive Sales Director and has done a great job. Many of you have had the opportunity to work with Steve and know he is a follow-through guy who understands the needs of the straight commission rep. We are happy to have Steve and his wife, Mary Ann, join us in expanding Schaeffer's business. Congratulations, Steve!
